  • Commercial landlord and tenant, including forfeiture, service charge disputes and 1954 Act renewals;
  • Residential landlord and tenant, including forfeiture and service charge and management disputes;
  • Leasehold enfranchisement and rights of first refusal;
  • Trusts of land and proprietary estoppel;
  • Easements and restrictive covenants;
  • Adverse possession and boundary disputes.

Andrew accepts instructions in all areas of real property and landlord and tenant law, both commercial and residential.

Prior to commencing his pupillage, Andrew worked in a boutique litigation firm specialising in commercial disputes and then as judicial assistant to the Rt. Hon. Lord Justice Phillips in the Court of Appeal.

Outside of the law, Andrew enjoys both playing and watching sport, particularly cricket and tennis.
