In addition to advising on public law (care and secure accommodation) proceedings, members’ expertise covers all areas of private law, such as living arrangements, contact, holidays, overseas relocation, adoption, surrogacy, assisted reproduction, same-sex couples, declarations and international recognition of parentage, medical treatment, religion, identity and education.
