Leasehold and Freehold Reform Hub

This hub will help you keep up to date with the developments being discussed in relation to leasehold and freehold reform.

The Leasehold & Freehold Reform Bill was published in the House of Commons on the 27th November 2023 and you can find a copy of the Bill here.   The bill has now been passed as the Leasehold & Freehold Reform Act 2024.
