Like buses…four fire safety decisions

Robert Bowker examines some recent fire safety/BSA decisions by the Tribunal.
You wait for ages and then four come along together.
Until very recently, the only Tribunal decisions dealing with the BSA were Grove House (17 October 2022) and Sutton Court Road (13 January 2023).
Since the beginning of the summer, however, there have been four fire safety Tribunal decisions concerning, directly or indirectly, the BSA: Priory Heights on improvement notices (5 July 2023); St John St on service charges and a separate decision on costs (25 July 2023 and 25 September 2023); Britannia Village on lease variations (3 August 2023); and Leigham Court Road on remediation orders (9 August 2023).
