Practical Law have recently updated their note on “Practical tips for remote hearings“.

If you are subscriber, you will be able to access this note which sets out when remote or virtual video hearings may take place and the different platforms which may be used, and provides guidance on the approach in specific courts. It explains how remote hearings are conducted, considers livestreaming and recording and provides tips for parties on preparing for a remote hearing, including information on electronic bundles, remote evidence and transcription.
