Tanfield is pleased to announce the appointment of Walter Womersley as our new CEO

Walter joins Tanfield having spent 27 years in senior roles in management, risk, trading and structuring within asset management and investment banking in Europe and Asia. Before working in the financial markets, Walter was called to the Bar in 1995. His background and experience makes him uniquely suited to his new role at Tanfield.
He will be responsible for leading the delivery of Chambers’ business strategy and will work closely with our members, practice management team and administrators to do so. Walter will also build on Tanfield’s established reputation for excellent client service by developing existing client relationships as well as new opportunities.
