The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2022 features the Aurium Real Estate London Ultra Prime v Mishcon de Reya, in which Michael Walsh acts for the Claimant (led by Rupert Reed QC), instructed by Aymen Khoury and his team at Fieldfisher.

Aurium is a property development company that was engaged in a prime real estate site assembly and development around the Bayswater Road in Central London between 2014 and 2018. It is suing Mishcon de Reya for negligent breach of duty and losses of more than £48million.

The trial is due to be heard over 15 days in March 2022.
