As Tanfield Chambers rise in the Legal 500 rankings to Tier 2 for property litigation, Gwyn Evans is delighted to announce further success after being shortlisted for Family Law Commentator of the Year in the Jordans Family Law Awards 2016. A member of the Private Client Group here at Tanfield, Gwyn specialises in the financial aspects of relationship separation. Gwyn is regularly instructed in Schedule 1, TLATA and PT III MFPA 1984 matters, as well as the more mainstream matrimonial finance cases and private children disputes.
This year Gwyn has contributed several pieces for the hard copy journal Family Law, regularly produces case summaries for Family Law Week and has written various articles about trusts of land, powers of attorney, contentious probate and matrimonial finance for Jordans online, as well as LinkedIn Pulse.
