In this Central Law Training webinar, Gwyn Evans analyses the judgments in Sharland and Gohil, together with the earlier case-law, and provides some useful practice tips regarding non-disclosure and fraud. Gwyn also asks what role, if any, “self-help” has if there is an apparent failure to comply with the duty of full, frank and clear disclosure.
