This one-day conference returns to discuss the practical and legal aspects of the complex and highly charged issue of enfranchisement.

Chaired by Tanfield’s Philip Rainey QC and with a panel of speakers, all of whom are highly regarded experts, the conference will deal with a wide range of important and topical issues ranging from collective enfranchisement and the situations where development value may arise in collective claims through to tactics for overcoming the problems of missing or deceased freeholders.
