Amanda practices in all areas of property and business & commercial law.

She became a tenant at Tanfield Chambers in October 2005.

She speaks fluent French and spent September 2005 as a Paris Bar Exchange scholar in the commercial property department of the law firm Lefèvre Pelletier.

  • The merits of an estoppel defence against a local authority in a terminal dilapidations claim.
  • Pepper v Hart research on the effect of s.23 Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 on a claim for service charge arrears.
