Profile
Since 1998, Philip Conrath has specialised purely in Family Law. He currently deals in all aspects of divorce/relationship breakdown, as well as all issues relating to children and childcare. He is equally comfortable, able, and competent to deal with large money cases as he is when dealing with an adoption or child abduction case.
He handles both Public and Private Law cases, and has considerable experience in dealing with Care proceedings. He has also acted for parents with mental difficulties, and ‘Gillick’ competent children. He practices regularly in the High Court and the Principal Registry of the Family Division.
Philip Conrath has experience of all aspects of Common Law, having practiced as a General Common Lawyer for the first 12 years of his practice. His advocacy skills were honed by his experience as a Criminal Advocate, when he both prosecuted and defended cases.
Philip first practiced as a Family Mediator in 1996. He has recently undergone further training and is able to take further instructions in this area.
Philip also accepts public access instructions.
