Profile

Sarah is an employment law specialist. Her clients include individuals, HR departments, companies and local authorities (including NHS trusts) and she regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. In addition, she advises on litigation and non-contentious matters and undertakes drafting. She is regularly instructed in cases involving unfair dismissal (including constructive dismissal), discrimination and breach of contract. In addition, her experience covers matters relating to TUPE, restrictive covenants, bonuses, settlement agreements, jurisdictional issues (employee status, illegality, time limits, territorial jurisdiction) and internal procedures.

Sarah’s languages include French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and she regularly advises foreign clients in their respective language. She has given seminars on employment law in the UK and abroad and has published articles on employment law in the ELA Briefing and in publications for the French and Latin American communities in London.
