Wide area of practice mainly in Family Law (Children and Ancillary Relief). This extends to Wills and some administration of estates and Family Provision and the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Experience

Gavin has wide experience over the years in most Courts of Family, Crime, and Civil involving Personal Injuries, Landlord and Tenant, and Boundary Disputes. In recent years Gavin has gained considerable experience in Immigration.
