Will joined Tanfield Chambers in 2017 having established a busy and broad civil practice at a leading common law set. During this time, he developed a practice beyond his level of call, having been instructed in several high-value cases. He has appeared in the High Court on a number of occasions and is currently instructed on an upcoming matter in the Court of Appeal.
Having frequently appeared in court, including in multiday trials, since the inception of his practice, Will is already an experienced advocate and is particularly adept at cross examination. He is also praised for the quality of his written work.
He continues to develop a broad practice across all areas of Chambers' work with a emphasis on real property and landlord and tenant litigation. However, in light of his common law background, Will remains keen to accept instructions in some of Chambers’ other fields of practice, including, clinical negligence, personal injury and employment law.
