Chloe has been a pupil in Chambers since September 2016. She has been supervised by Daniel Dovar and Tim Polli and is currently in her second six. She accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work, with a particular focus on property law. As a second six pupil, Chloe has been instructed in a number of possession hearings and service charge disputes, appearing in both the County Court and the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She has appeared in an application for pre-action disclosure in a property-related negligence claim, defended an application to set aside default judgment and has also appeared for the Claimant in a commercial contract dispute on the small claims track. She was called to the Bar in July 2015 by Lincoln's Inn where she was a Lord Denning Scholar.
