Tanfield Chambers’ Personal Injury group offers a wide range of experience and expert knowledge in every aspect of PI law, including clinical negligence. In addition to their extensive case experience, members regularly contribute to journals and textbooks on Personal Injury law and many write and lecture in specialist fields.

We undertake actions on behalf of both claimant and defendant; several members of the group can also handle Criminal Health and Safety Executive prosecutions. Claims handled vary from the routine to the very complex and members are experienced in the following areas:
