Profile
Since 1971, Timothy Shuttleworth has acquired considerable experience in many different fields of advocacy both at the Criminal and Common Law Bar. He is been a specialist Family Law practitioner since 1983 and his practice covers divorce, Child Law in public and private law proceedings, financial relief, domestic violence, guardian work, adoption work, elder abuse and mental health.
As family breakdown has become common across all spheres of society, he has turned increasingly towards representing husbands and wives in money cases.
