Profile

Sarah Dines is primarily a specialist in family law.  She undertakes a wide range of ancillary relief cases from the everyday case to 'big money' cases. She has had extensive experience over twenty years of child care and adoption work, appearing regularly on behalf of Local Authorities, parents, grandparents, and the Children’s Guardian. 

She appears regularly in the High Court and has taken cases successfully to the Court of Appeal. She also has experience of criminal cases, largely involving children, appearing for the Prosecution as well as for the Defence.  She has a particular interest in cases involving non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, fabricated illness by proxy and learning difficulties, having appeared on behalf of vulnerable adults as well as children.

Sarah Dines has been reported in the law reports on several occasions.

Experience

Sarah has broad experience within all areas of Family Law and can adapt quickly as and when the law changes.

She practices predominately in and around Essex but is happy to travel further, as and when her work requires.
