Profile

Olivia Murphy has been a specialist Family practitioner since pupillage.  She has extensive experience in money work that follows the breakdown of both marriages and cohabiting couples. She relishes cases with complicating factors including trusts, bankruptcy, companies and non-disclosure.
She has appeared in many Children Act cases both public and private and financial applications under Schedule 1.

Olivia practices all areas of Family Law including Ancillary relief, Trusts of Land And Appointment of Trustees Act applications, Cohabitation, the Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 and other Children Act applications.

Olivia also accepts Public Access Instructions.
