Profile

Andrew’s practice is primarily in property law and business & commercial law.  He regularly represents clients in the High Court, County Courts and Residential Property Tribunals.

Prior to being called to the Bar he worked as a solicitor in the Litigation and Arbitration department of White & Case LLP.

Andrew has wide experience of advising upon and appearing in general business and commercial claims.  He has also advised on non-contentious matters including the drafting of commercial contracts.

• Conflict of laws
• Insolvency – both Corporate and Individual

Arbitration: Andrew has experience of arbitration and mediation (including being instructed in several international arbitrations).

Significant Cases

Instructed by the Ministry of Finance of an overseas government on a multi-million dollar United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitration.
